Our double room was equipped with updated bathroom, ceiling fan, as example. The cost was £ 82. Marvellous and fantastic location to Rialto bridge was a plus. Spent our evenings in nearby Piccolo Bar, especially when it was hot outside.

Clean room, convenient location, the nearby vaporetto stop made it easy to travel to the main attractions and also to the airport, while the small kitchen facilities allowed me to prepare breakfast and enjoy some snacks .

it's great place to stay 1 mile away from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. everyone is helpful and owner too. it has a favourable and lovely location adjacent to the rialto bridge and st mark's square.

Had fairly nice stay for two nights, the staff were amicable, location was awesome close to main attractions...

The Air conditioning was a lifesaver .
The Air conditioner wasn't working properly for our first night, and it. We also faced communication issues, as the hostess spoke no English. Minor details, such as the unattended Wi-Fi, a real hassle during our trip.

The Double Room was supernice and neat. I loved the small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave, super helpful for late-night snacks. The bathroom was a bit dark, though, and the towels could've been bigger and newer. But overall, it was a solid spot for a family getaway.
